At the Rainbow Youth drop-in centre , we have a large collection of books and DVDs.
Books
All the books are categorised and labeled, so it’s easy to find the type of information you’re after. Some of our members have even put a few of the books out as highly recomended. So drop by and have a browse, read a book at the centre, or take one home for a while.
DVDS
Unfortunately, you can’t borrow the DVDs, but you can watch them at the drop-in centre. Where working on getting a up-to-date list of titles, but in the mean time, stop by and check them out!

‘Dare, Truth or Promise’ by Paula Boock (NZ). A story about two New Zealand girls, who are both at different stages of coming out, and their exploration of love for each other
‘Deliver Us from Evie’ by M.E. Kerr. This story is told through the eyes of 18 year old Evie’s younger brother who describes the family situation as well as the town reaction towards Evie being a lesbian, in a rural and religious context
